ACL Injury Prevention Exercise Series

We will be doing this series of exercises, as they are good in general for strength and flexibility, but they also prevent ACL injuries. They suggest doing this 3 times a week, and it only takes 10-15 minutes. I'd suggest doing this at home during the offseason, in place of some of the strengthening and stretching exercises I gave you, if you want to do something different.
